KUNDALINI CHAKRA MEDITATION

In 2003, Klaus discovered mindfulness meditation, which became the most transformative tool in his life. Avoiding a serious mental-emotional breakdown resulting from his wild youth, meditation connected him to his higher self and changed his entire life for the better. Soon later he started working with a Rebirthing coach, which helped him to reveal and resolve old childhood patterns through breathwork. In 2006, he began practicing yoga and took two teacher trainings. 

Over the years, Klaus combined Meditation, Breathwork & Yoga in his unique Kundalini Chakra Meditation that helps his students to activate their chakras and to transform their energy bodies.

Since 2006, Klaus has been practicing many different styles of yoga such as Bikram, Yin, Vinyasa flow, Acro yoga, Tantra yoga, Kundalini, and Ashthanga. His first Yoga Teacher Training was in Perth, Australia in 2008 where he deepened his Ashthanga practice. 

He deepened his yoga experiences while living in conscious communities such as India, Thailand, Bali, and Guatemala. Between 2013 and 2015, he studied Agama Yoga intensively on the tropical island of Koh Phangan. In 2019, he completed another 200-hour Ashthanga Yoga Teacher Training with All yoga, Thailand, after which he worked as a Yoga Teacher at Eagles Nest, San Marcos Atitlán.

Yoga does not just change the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees.
