YOGA, MEDITATION & BREATH WORK
Klaus is an experienced meditator with over 20 years of practice. He discovered mindfulness meditation in 2003 which became fundamental in his personal development journey. Shortly afterwards, he began working with a Rebirthing coach and started using breath-work to resolve deep-seated childhood trauma. Klaus started practising yoga in 2026 and completed an Ahstanga teacher training in Thailand in 2019. Klaus did his first 10 day Vipassana retreat in 2009 which deepened his daily meditation practice significantly. A few years later, he completed several certification courses in NLP and Hypnosis, which helped him to develop a deep understanding for the subconscious mind.
Klaus utilises aspects of meditation, breath-work and hypnosis in almost all his workshops and retreats. In 2019, he developed his unique Kundalini Chakra Meditation, a practice that aids his students in activating their chakras and transforming their energy bodies.

Since 2006, Klaus has been practising many different styles of yoga such as Bikram, Yin, Vinyasa flow, Acro yoga, Tantra yoga, Kundalini, and Ashthanga. His first Yoga Teacher Training was in Perth, Australia in 2008 where he deepened his Ashtanga practice.
He deepened his yoga experiences while living in conscious communities such as India, Thailand, Bali, and Guatemala. Between 2013 and 2015, he studied Agama Yoga intensively on the tropical island of Koh Phangan. In 2019, he completed another 200-hour Ashthanga Yoga Teacher Training with All yoga, Thailand, after which he worked as a Yoga Teacher at Eagles Nest, San Marcos Atitlán.
